Quality Service Policy
All chemical services are guaranteed only when our professional products are used for at home maintenance. Your stylist will recommend the correct regimen for your individual needs. If you are not satisfied with the quality of any service please notify us within two weeks of your visit and we will gladly re-preform the service to your satisfaction.
Children
Londontowne Salon is an adult facility but we do service children. For their own safety and the comfort of other clients, we ask that children not accompany you on your visit. If it is necessary, we ask that children remain in our waiting area accompanied by an adult. Our clients expect and deserve a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while they receive their services.
